Corporate office situated at Deoghar (Jharkhand), IPC started its operations in the year 2002 under the domain of “Indian Progressive Construction ” a partnership firm. Then in 2007, eyeing for greater opportunities and spreading to other states the group converted to Private Limited Company with the name of “Indian Progressive Construction Private Limited”. The Company started in the state of Jharkhand and today expanded its operations in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha and is today recognized as a premium infrastructure company in Eastern Region of India. IPC is an well recognized Class – I Registered Construction Company and has executed several landmark construction work awarded by the different Government Agencies. We have relentlessly explored and seized construction opportunities across various business verticals. His acumen and thorough understanding of the industry has helped the company in effectively managing the projects. He is an accomplished and experienced business leader. He is truly a visionary. He has inculcated the culture of integrity, transparency and hard work in the team. His strong and able leadership has helped the Company to deliver creative solutions to meet the needs of clients and other stakeholders.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kunjilwar - With an eye for details, he is a veteran in his field. He brings with him years of exposure in the construction and infrastructure industry. His marathon experience which runs across different kinds of projects, has provided IPC with an excellent understanding of construction techniques and practices. He continuously searches for bette ways to operate in safe and productive manner. He is monitoring ongoing projects on day to day basis and ensures timely completion of the projects as per stipulation in works agreement. The company has completed a number of projects under his leadership in time and marinating highest quality standards.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh - He is a tenured contractor with Bihar State Construction Corporation Ltd., Deoghar. His experience in the field of contractual business is material in the ethical business practices, transparency and superior performance. Mr. Singh definitely adds value to the ongoing operations of IPC, propelling them to what they are today. He has got strong business acumen and vision to foresee business opportunities. He is monitoring ongoing projects on day to day basis and ensures timely completion of the projects as per stipulation in works agreement.

Mr. Umesh Pandey - His far sighted vision and curiosity for acquiring knowledge made him a tough personality who can take up any challenging job in any kind of construction activities. He has been instrumental in bringing up the company in a very short span of 10 years. His persistent effort in marketing has helped the company to grab a number of prestigious works contracts. His profuse experience in the contractual business is a major contributing factor behind the success of IPC, looking towards bigger achievements in the future.
